McCain on NK

Speaking to Pajamas Media (via Chosun Ilbo), John McCain had the following to say on North Korea:

” [North Korea is] the most horrible regime probably on earth…that has got hundreds of thousands of people in the gulag. They’re terrible…So the regime offends me, just in their terrible mistreatment and abuse of their own people.”

When asked if he would remove the North from the State sponsors of terrorism list, McCain said:

“I would not. I didn’t believe in the [1994] KEDO agreement that president [Bill] Clinton made…and I don’t believe in this one.”
